That scene was SO DRAMATIC like I know kids overreact and stuff but Pete was holding on for dear life over basically NOTHING? Lil man was holding on to that stick like he would fall into the creek when the ground is literally Even and the dumb ah dog like
I know Pete likes his toy but ANY normal kid would abandon it and run for dear life.
The scene was overdramatic. It would've been better if for example Pete WENT TO CHASE when he saw him and showed him that the toy is in the creek so Chase can fight his fear and go take it yk.
