So basically his grandma or someone died and he went thru this whole spiral of depression kinda , the bois helped him out but one day he was alone in the house (bois went or run errands ) he was left with his own thoughts and he felt like he was so much dependent on them and didn’t want that anymore almost like didn’t wanna burden anyone , so he packed his bags and left
Oh my god I just re read it , now it’s seems like he didn’t wanna end up alone (the bois wanted only something casual in the beginning) he feels like if they also leave he will just end up all alone again and have to be dependent on someone else , so he left so he can heal or something
