I think realistically, if he's been stuck in that room for like two months now, he definitely shouldn't still have abs and be really muscular. Especially since he's not exercising in that sense. He definitely would have lost a lot of muscle, probably would have looked skinnier, maybe a little gaunt. But the psychology of jiwook Is really realistic considering how muchjuyeon Had tortured him physically and psychologically throughout this whole story and towards the end. It's crazy how much he's changed. He's so meek now. It's really fascinating and obviously tragic and sad, but this author knows how to make juyeon look fucking scary and intense.
