If you reread the story, you'll found out that Aaron always been a monster, he is only kind to Yujin and his loyal subordinate. Never trust someone who almost never sleep but can function well without collaps and friends with hospitals bed.
And why Yujin not fight back? Well, he is ordinary, like... He's never in the same category with Taekjoo, Taeui, Leewon, Shin or EuiHyun. He can't fight monsters. He is a little too dumb, too. The innocent type.
