It would have made more sense if he said that no one gets hurt in his watch rather than this.
well i mean. he really is his dad because elymas did have a childhood in this world- it would be completely different if he took over the body after the ceremony though
So the father exiles and desinheritences the MC, as if he was nothing, but the MC still considers him a father/family because after he won against his sister, who wanted to beat him half to death with the father's permission, he said something like "mk, bye, take care"? Dude, those are some very low standards.
