First of all what was the point of that brother/boyfriend situation he was already getting abused and went through sexual assault before like everything horrible that could be plot devices for his miserable life was already there what was the reason like in a plot scene was there a reason for him to go through more shit with that motherfucker??? We already knew that he saw himself as this twisted being there was no need for that storyline NONE. The author could've shown us how he was sleeping around with randos drinking etc without it, the time skip?? Abounding him, all of those were enough plot devices to bring the couple Together. You know what that wasn't even the worst of it as if all that wasn't shitty enough yea sure let's make them break up AGAIN and put another time skip AGAIN??? so he can heal alone?????? How!? without a support system after all thee abuse rape everything he went through wtf was the point of this story man what.
