Unpopular opinion but I lowkey hate the dynamic of Rue/Lou and Daisy...
He's all so powerful, wealthy, knows it all, everyone adores him, blablabla. He keeps hiding secrets about his identity while Daisy is just trying to solve problems which he only complicates further more each time. And when we get reminded she needs his help, that he can easily get in her way or that even anything he says holds more value than Daisy's words each time, it just pisses me off soooo much omg. And he better not be the ML (if there's truly romance) cz he's so fucking old, and it would HIGHKEY be problematic if they met when she was younger or sum like that... Anyway, why does the man always have the upper hand in most manwhas, that really kills it for me. Apart from that, the story and plot is really nice and original, I love the diversity of characters too. The Fl is strong and has lots of ressources, and is actually complex which I appreciate a lot. At last, I like Rue/Lou tbh, he's funny and unpredictable, just not this dynamic they have.
