Xinlu is a very complicated character, just because he said he doesn’t love yuri doesn’t mean he really doesn’t. Let’s not forget that Xinlu even asked yuri what love is supposed to feel like, and he even questioned if even his feeling for Taeui were truly “love” because he himself doesn’t really know what it feels either. It might be that he is developing feelings for yuri (based on what we can notice so far) but is yet to recognize it
