Yes it’s hers, she’s waiting for the right time and cycle when she conceived her son in her past life. So she can’t get pregnant too early or it won’t be the same baby.

Okay, my theory is that the "medicine" he took that i will assume is CONTRACEPTIVE base on the last panel. Where it is preventing them to have a baby which causes the hallucination
