People r saying grooming but he was a teenager most likely when they met, she did grow with his brother tho which does make it a bit weird. But from ashas teenage perspective he's always been someone she can lean on, which can also translate to why she likes him. I don't think this is necessarily inmoral imo. He probably will reject her tho because he will also think she's confusing family with relationship but that will also give us a different perspective of why they are meant to be.
