Divine punishment heck no, they're all so bothered/mad about her and she isn't even doing anything. If both her and the princess just stayed where they're supposed to be in that protected area then that knight wouldn't have to pick which one to save and she wouldn't have been taken by that Wyvern. Like there's an attack and both of them were worried for a strong knight that is busy with everything around him and they just being an obstacle and we wouldn't have this problem.
