The mc have both private parts and the story is pretty tragic since everyone around him just keep dying. The start of the story is about his father who try to claim the throne, he lost and died but mc's first brother managed to win the war and become the king. Basically, everything goes pretty downhill after that cuz his brother is a womanizer and end up falling in love with evil women (her husband is the first person mc kill i think and she want revenge). Mc have black hair and look like a depressed twink
There's also another king who is afraid of women, he doesn't want to be a king tho but everyone forced him to and he is the one mc love i think. The last time i read is when mc and the prime minister have a sex, that guy said something like "have you ever been loved as a girl?". He also said smth about wanting to be mc's kingmaker
