Right? I'm so confused about this as well.
There SO MANY blatant "male gaze" in josei smuts, even though they're suppose to targed hetero female audience.
I just don't get it.....why even bother to market it to female audience with all the male targeted fanservice?
Lots of smutty stuff that is targeted at female readers and as comment section proves, specifically heterosexual women, have such large breasts recently I noticed. And not only that, lots of kinda ecchi elements in sex scenes
Basically, the readers they want to targets are not here to oogle at female breasts, so why they're such a focal point? And like they're so distracting honestly! Like impossible to ignore
May be they're like making assumptions on stuff appreciated in yaoi buffy bottoms? But is it just me, but it's kinda different stuff?
