Thankfully I read the entire thing and did not let the bad reviews stop me from reading this. I do not know why people are saying that FL is a groomer. While I do agree that she did take advantage of the ML's obsession with her at first, however it was for a very short time (dont want to reveal much because it will be a major spoiler). After that ML was very much aware of everything including the fact that FL had intented to use him and he also did his own fair share of manipulating the FL as well. ML's obsession with FL started much earlier and all these are explained in details later on. The story actually explored the relationship between the ML and FL in details in the later part.
I agree this is not a fairytale like relationship between the FL and ML and both have done very questionable things to each other and has also suffered the consequences of the same. I actually really liked this part as relationships are hardly smooth in real life. Neither the FL or the ML is perfect and both have some serious flaws, ML more so than FL, but I loved how they worked it out at the end to reach a satisfying conclusion, a happy ending.
Special mention: I loved how the second male lead also got a good ending unlike so many stories where they are left suffering or dead.
