Im pretty sure both couples are beta x alpha. For side couple the beta is top and main couple alpha is top

I don't think author have decided to introduce 3rd couple's story yet, raw ends with 2nd couple's story which fyi ends in next 2 chapters

If you are talking about Geon and the friend he was with, considering Geon released his pheromones and asked about them the friend could be an omega. And Geon said omegaxomega isn't bad cz he has a dick too, so I'd guess Geon would be the top.
