No gurl i think he was always this unhinged,its just he never got to show that side because bottom was in love and all over him,now at the first inconvenience and the idea of not being wanted was so foreign that his tendency to own it all kicked off
Dude he's always been a red flag but this is actually insane, has he suffered a psychotic break?? He never gave off insane vibes before this whole arc started, and now he's having serial killer ass thoughts about how he should've broken his ankles so he would be imprisoned in his house??? Sorry but this feels like the author didnt know how to progress the story and decided a dramatic toxic storyline would carry, and it's not like I have a problem with toxic, but u have to at least set it up throughout the story. It genuinely reads like the ML is a whole new character compared to season 1, like dont get me wrong he was always entitled and an asshole but I did nooot get psycho vibes from him at all BC THE AUTHOR DIDN'T SET THAT UP omg what is with all the lazy storytelling lately
