Do you know how many past bullies move on with life and excuse themselves that they were just being "immature" and completely close an eye on the fact they traumatize / even induce suicide? Far far too many. Having the gut to say to their victim theyre sorry after years passed by is very mature of him imo. Usually people would rather forget they were horrible as if it was a cringe memory needed to be deleted from memory.
