I always feel sad when stories I like turn this route. No hate towards the author I firmly believe in artists writing whatever they want however they want. But for me realistically it's "The end". I don't want to see the seme groveling or turning gray and feeble or anything like that because those things don't redeem a person in my eyes and the love story that is going to be pushed down my through will feel artificial and fake, the kind of "it's love cause I said so" situation.
