I am not sure of what is the author ways of doing this webtoon because you can always see a clear plot for love for sale webtoon. But not on this one.
I wouldn't say that the ML lead is autistic bcus the netflix show abt autistic people does show how they are well aware and completely understand what is love and they never try to hide their feelings and ACTIVELY pursuing the one's that they are trying to court. Sometimes we downplay too much of autistic people capabilites because they CLEARLY understand better than we are.
