Yea ik they at least had access to the armory but they’re going up against the hounds who have way more fighting experience compared to the townspeople who’ve mostly lived civilian lives, logically they should have at least tried to take guwon and the hounds both out when they had element of surprise or gotten more experience on their side before attempting a coup
