+is the fashion. (Ironic considering my comments about BL covers). For example, The Star Next Door and My First Love to you. They're under the same author, but if you've read one or both, hopefully you know what I mean. There's just another layer of love for the characters whenever their outfits reflect their aesthetic/tastes. Of course, no hate to other works, but I find myself clicking the next chapter just to see the next outfit.
Anyways, is it strange? I tried looking up the specific trope/media but nothing ever came up that scratched the itch I felt.
Any recommendations are welcome!
Weird question, but lately I noticed that I'm more drawn to certain works when the cover photo is very detailed? For example, Lost in the Clouds or Stranger by the Sea. For BLs specifically, I think it's the way they aren't propped up like models, rather more like a moment caught on camera that neither of them know about.
For GLs, I think fashion is what really makes them stand out to me
