I do feel bad for the ML sometimes, and I can understand why his behaviour might seem cute at first. But there's a limit to how much you can excuse it. The MC clearly doesn't want to reveal that he's an omega, the ML really needs to learn to read the room.
The MC has already established his boundaries, and the ML knows that this particular subject triggers him, yet he keeps pushing anyway （￣へ￣）
