U read that so wrong, but the question is there. The statement was clearly Victims TEND to go back to their rapists, but doesn’t imply that they WANT to. The other guy’s statement is technically correct, but it’s such a complex topic with a lot of things to account for that summarizing it in a single paragraph doesn’t do it justice.
