I mean yeahhh Alex was kinda dating the omega from the highschool but they broke up because the omega got bored that they never progress into physical. Nate never date any after his break up with alex.
Okey I think it's an "age" thing; but in real live it's totally normal to try and move on.. depends on the person of course (on that Nate has biological/sexual issues), by not dating "after a heartbreaking brakeup means=trauma. In my opinion Nate not dating after that is a red flag/ish.. Who am I kidding.. Both got some issues.
So from an adults perspective, its just sad..

Nate was kinda not interested in dating since the beginning, so it's kinda make sense when he's not interested in dating after being serious with Alex + he was focusing on the study + he has a bit of clean freak where he doesn't really have sexual urge. It's consistent though at least.
