the mc wakes up in a hospital bed but has amnesia and only has his memories intact from a few years ago. He remembers his brothers but theres another man in the room (i THINK he was blonde) who claims to be his lover but he has no idea who he is but his brother and friends all know who he is. He later reawakens as an omega, and last chapter i remember is that his friend offered him medicine/vitamins but the man/lover told him not to take it? sorry it's so vague!
