So, from what I remember, it's definitely something supernatural.
(Botched) Plot, based on my goldfish memory: Bottom is from well known Exorcist/just someone that deals w the supernatural (might be his father or grandfather), he currently resides in the house that his predecessor "exorcist" built when one day someone rudely looks for him, banging on his gate.
turns out it's his 'dead' military friend (along with some guy he doesn't know), so he has a backstory with the supernatural when he was in the military. when he pointed it out to the guy he was obvi creeped out... yadda yadda...
fast forward: the guy was actually sent by a wealthy family and he convinced the bottom to meet them and when he arrived at the house he noticed a peach tree (not sure if it is peach) that has a "dokkaebi" mask dangling on it. so when the wealthy family asked him for help, it was actually about their son, who they thought was possessed or in need of exorcism. bla bla bla
the 'son' in question happens to be this one, big, burly guy who looks down on the bottom for being small, poor, and someone his family hired to "cure" him
... i thought i don't remember much, but turns out, i remember chapter 1-2, my reading list has been messed up since the incident fml
