It could be that because he’s so high functioning that the diagnosis can’t be clear - it’s a spectrum and it’s hard to pinpoint for some who can mask , that’s what happened to my sister it took like 2 teat to confirm it because she’s high functioning and can “fake” being “normal” as she’s done it all her life up to the diagnosis

Like I bet you could use the DMS-5 to diagnose him based solely on interactions from the manhwa. He's more autistic than my diagnosed autistic child.
