You are allowed to read and like whatever you want, but defending this manga is not what you're doing. You are defending this author's predilection to create harmful material. If it was just about cute storylines/characters there's tons of stories where the characters are in age appropriate love stories but this story is literally about an elementary character and his fellow elementary characters "seducing" a high schooler. There is literally no message behind this, the high schooler is literally falling for an elementary schooler. This is fantasy bate from this author for perverts. The majority of people who read this can understand it's just a book, but for the minority that have an illness/ or have been abused this will trigger something.
The pushback in the comments is to protect and caution younger people who don't know better and to help, if they're not too far gone, older people who need to be shown this is not normal behavior. Nobody can stop you from reading these comics but at the very least stop trying to defend this behavior from writers who sexualize the youth.
