I pronounce it as Teh-tah-nia
tī (long ā and ī vowels linked, like the tie in bowtie)-Tān (short e and i vowels like the Tay in taser, with second syllable accented,)-yah (short i and a diphthong with an aspirated ending, like the yah in “yah know?”)
