I read the whole thing in one sitting without getting bored at all. I absolutely hated how controlling the mother was over her children. Some things can be handled just fine through communication, you know.
The whole illness and everything felt like it came out of nowhere, as if the authors were sitting around thinking, “We need some major drama. What should we do?” and just came up with that.
