anyone know any similar manga

I've got e few ones but they're really popular do you might have already read them:
My ex boyfriends fell in love with me
Positively yours (even the art is similar)
Just twilight
THE runaway (not very similar but still good)
What kind of rice cake is this ( really funny)
I don't know if you could say they're all similar but I personally feel like they give off the same vibe and they're lovely
