Same! I tried reading it but it was genuinely such a hard read that I had to give up, that was NOT how I would have expected his character <3 ╥﹏╥
It has potential to explore more his flawed views of love, but somehow his "flawed views of love" is only for Chase??? Which is kinda not make any sense why he did that to Chase in the name of love and care but then act differently when it's not Chase. It'll be better just to say Grayson dislike Chase rather than making it as "his way to care" because then it gotta be consistent then before the "change and realization"

Grayson fans would hate me even though I dont hate Grayson but I think Grayson character got lobotomized and himbofied for the sake of romcom so it was kinda corny reading his manhwa even though he had this kind of complex mentality and condition, but it's all "the power of love heal my brain who was torturing chase in the name of love, but somehow I magically realized it hurting someone you love is wrong" in his novel.
