Same i have no proof but like the way he just casually went back and started to dominated Mokyeon for me was such a red flag and the biggest sign that he planned all this from the start.
Your point of view is interesting, but, if Nanjo was interested in Mok in the first place, and let's say he could have planned all this development. Why would he hit Mok that hard on ch 34? He was honestly angry at Mok that time, it wasn't fake.
I put my hand in the fire that Nanjo never wanted the twink, he planned all this shit, probably used the twink who thought was using him to approach the guy.
My take is:
Nanjo fell for Mokyeon at first sight (HEAR ME OUT DAMN IT, ik what you're thinking)
He fell for him but Mokyeon wasn't the type to sleep with guys like Nanjo "boring looking expressionless rich guy" So Nanjo had him investigated, probably found out that the Twink sleeps with Mokyeon, used the twink and pretended to be jealous, got Mokyeon to sleep with him but he never wanted just casual sex, he wanted Mokyeon to be crazy about him.
So when the "twink" found out and caused a scene, Nanjo used that to ensure that Mokyeon will never leave him again, all the times he ignored him, hurt him, he was building up Mokyeon obsession for him and when he finally got that, he went back and trapped him.
So now Mokyeon developed an illness, cause he is obsessed with Nanjo, Nanjo got what he wanted while playing innocent and "the victim", when in reality all this was planned by him.
