Biggest sign is the title in ch 1, the M and the G. The M has a third bump and the G connects, but then continues anyways.
I don't believe the art is AI generated, but the re-made title definitely is. The art has many human imperfections, but the title is overly polished and smoothed, and has similar appearances to other AI-generated title art. I believe the scanlation team uses AI to "enhance" the titles, instead of leaving in the original one or hand-make one.
Note: Vortex Scans' logo and "watermark" card are also heavily AI generated, with trace amounts of human work.
Yeah- totally agree that the art itself isn't, but aside from the title, the stream aspects do as well. In ch. 2 the red dragon has 3 ai-generated streams up. I'm am stopping there, so unsure if there's more.
Also It's sadly pretty common nowadays for translators to have ai-generated cards too :(
Oh, I see the generated streams. I didn't pay attention to the red dragon's screens as it wasn't interesting. My most plausible explanation is the author got lazy and generating the images was the fastest way. It does not excuse the use of AI.
