I think all of that information hasn't fully sunk in to Chase yet. I mean, he just went through a scary situation with the dog and Josh just dropped multiple bombs on him. I think he's just relieved that he didn't actually did it with a dog and it was actually Josh who he spent the night that time. The fact that he's already a father hasn't sunk into him yet.
true true, i js felt like the proposal also randomly got dropped like i thought that’d be pushed to next chapter atleast but yeah ur right about the sudden dog thing just happening, im hoping they’ll talk about the whole pete situation a little more deeply in the next few chapters
loved the chapter and it was adorbs seeing the whole fam together now that the truth is out, however i feel like they brushed over pete being chase’s som pretty quick? like so many bombs were dropped: that josh was the one chase slept with, that grayson was lying to him, and that pete is his son. but i feel like he didn’t rlly fully acknowledge pete being his son and the fact that he’s been with joshua for awhile now and he never told him like you’d think chase would be at least a little more upset over that? or mention it at the very least?
