Don’t get me wrong, I love everything that’s going on….but am I the only one a little confused by the sudden change in Nanjo’s behaviour toward mokyeon, like in previous chapters his expressions never gave away anything about how he feels toward mokyeon and suddenly with like no prior buildup, he’s all over mokyeon? Idk It’s just kinda throwing me off.

He said why. He has a savior complex.

Maybe I missed that, when did he say that?

He gotta big fat savior complex for sure and I think he was developing feelings for him from a long time but he kept pushing that feelings until now.

I suggest that you read the whole story again and don't focus on Mok, but only on Nanjo. I also did. The author often hides Nanjo's face at specific times when he's with Mok. But if you look again, and also at how he reacts at specific times...For example: when they watched Netflix and Mok fell asleep...look at Nanjo's lips (you cannot see his face) also afterwards...it was Nanjo who wanted to have xxx, or him being angry about the fact that Mok didn't tell him that he cannot eat seafood. A few scenes are important to analyse. I think once we see Nanjo's thoughts, it will become much clearer.
Yeah, the whole snusnu scene also confused me at first, especially because Mok was injured, malnourished, and more...-.- It also threw me a little bit off. Really want to know Nanjos thoughts <<
I will just say... neither Nanjo nor Mok are victims...wait for Nanjos thoughts...

I agree I've always felt that Nanjo had feelings for Mokyeon but kept pushing it off
