Review: Like others have said, this is a very bad adaptation of the novel. Even though I haven't read the novel, I could already tell that there should have been more depth to each conversation and scene. The pacing was crazy, with the story constantly jumping from one thing to another. My only consolation was that it at least ended okay, even if the ending felt rushed.
The FL was just okay for me. She's beautiful and courageous despite all the hardships she's faced in life. The ML, though, was a yandere through and through. The manhwa didn't tone down the killings, and I bet the novel has even more of them, with much more detail. My biggest issue, however, is how poorly the manhwa conveyed the leads' feelings for each other. YOU CAN FEEL THAT THERE'S SO MUCH MORE TO THEIR RELATIONSHIP, and even some commenters who have read the novel said the same thing.
The antagonists weren't particularly memorable, and there were quite a lot of side characters who were essential to the story. Unfortunately, their roles and some important details about them were also left out, which made the overall storytelling feel lacking.
As for the art, it was fine. A little stiff at times, but still good enough.
Overall, I wouldn't really recommend this manhwa unless you have nothing else to read and are really craving a new story with a yandere ML.
