Mokyeon has always been like this, he was putting up a front to pretend he doesn't care and that nothing can affect him but he's actually sensitive and in need of being loved. He only showed Nanjo this side of him because he loves him and he's terrified of losing him and being abandoned as he was in the past. I noticed that even in s1 in some of his dreams or moments of vulnerability with Nanjo he just wants to be held or to lean on him. And yeah he hasn't eaten anything solid in days not to mention it's the second time he passed out in the last 24-48 hours, he needs to rest, not more sex imo but I guess it's not over yet considering how chapter 43 ends lol
Am I the only one who doesn't think Mok-yeon's personality changed that much?? Like I genuinely feel like we're just seeing a side of him that we never got to see in season 1. After learning about his past and how he was abandoned multiple times I feel like his whole nonchalant attitude was probably just a way to protect himself from getting attached to people. Nanjo is probably the first person he's genuinely connected with since his foster family so of course he's terrified of losing him.
And I feel like people are forgetting how bad his mental state actually is rn?? This man literally attempted suicide, stopped eating, lost so much weight, and was barely functioning for WEEKS. Like are we seriously expecting him to act the same way he did in season 1?? I'm not saying his behaviour is healthy, but I don't think him being more clingy, emotional, or crying over everything means his entire personality suddenly changed. I honestly think he's always had this needy and vulnerable side, but he never had anyone he felt that strongly about for it to come out. And obviously, with how bad his mental health is rn, everything is like ten times more intense.
