Not really, from the start MCs whole narrative was focused on pregnancy not marriage. He even has multiple points where he’s trying to get ahead of ML to top him so he can impregnate him. They are basically two sides of the same coin.

I think the difference in the ml and mc is that mc want to get married and have kids but in the ml side trap the mc with baby then marry him
