I read the novels and I'm reading the manwha and like the thing that saves it it's the art guys.
This relationship will always be like this. You can't expect Ilay to become a human bc he will never. He will do all this shit to Taeui and won't even bat an eye. Taeui goes through so much traumatic shit that his life resembles a Mexican soup opera and yet dude never learns and still go back or like do shit that will piss off the psycho.
The character development it's so so sooooo little that makes me believe the author its either lazy or can't bother to make it believable.
