Honestly, I just thought it was a bit anticlimactic. Imagine waiting 50 chapters for a scene, and it's just.. cringe..
It's not cringe,,i mean he just did not have a that big of a reaction,, and also he was glad that he did it with the only man he loves,,so that's why he accepted it quickly ,,isn't it??

Josh Told him about his son and told him the truth,,he accepted it nicely without making a big deal,,imo he was surprised enough about having a kid,,and he will get used to it,,i mean being a dad,,also it was a lot to take,,and we all know chase don't think too deeply about things if it makes him happy,,so yeah,,it was valid that he accepted it quickly
