I screamed while reading the whole chapter. I'm so happy to see them connecting again. I know it's wishful thinking but I really hope they can be together for a while. I hope Garam will learn to love himself again and music with Youngjo help and will love Youngjo for who he is and not because he's filling the void Heejae and the piano left within him. To be honest, I would like if Heejae came back just to give them closure and anything else. But what the author built thru all the chapters is really a lot to think they would go for that route.
I always loved the Garam×Heejae pair. But with the closure of the fifth episode, I can't seem to look at them the same way anymore. Even if the prof changes, even if he'll be able to say "I love you" or "I'm sorry" easily, I think he's not what's good for Garam on the long-term. He's in his 50s, hurting the ones he loves consciously. I know it's his nature but it shouldn't be on Garam to fix that. He can't be so oblivious to reality. He must have realised how he much pain he must have inflicted on Garam, his ex manager etc. If he doesn't know how to love others properly, then admit it and get help- a grown-ass adult not wanting to let go of his own ego. He lived his whole life like that but that's not a justification. After being left alone time and time again, he still held on his own pride instead of admitting something needed to be worked on. You cant expect others to love you unconditionally if you aint able to do the same. And whatever he comes up with that will get them back together, it will honestly leave a bitter taste in my mouth. Garam is a sweet soul, he tried so hard to keep them together even tho he was wronged in every way. Heejae only gave him fame and removed everything else from his life. In the end Garam lost the only thing he never wanted to let go. He fought so hard with his family to keep playing the piano. I will never be able to forgive him ESPECIALLY because of Heejae's age
