Yeah but i think i understand why Josh didnt say anything. If you think about it, he and Chase started really rough. Chase hadnt fell for him and might even take the truth as some ‘Josh taking advantage of Chase by using their child’ Chase grew up in the entertainment industry so he pretty much knows about scandals and incidents about celebrities using each other and kids becoming part of that bargaining chips. Chase doesn’t want to get taken advantage and he still dont know or what kind of person Joshua is. So its valid for Josh not to tell the truth Chase at first
However when they finally fell for each other i dont know why josh still kept it a secret. Probably he’s afraid he’s gonna reject pete because he doesnt know if chase wanted a child especially he is suicidal and depressed, knowing he has a child he doesnt know exist might add burden to his mental health whether he takes it positively or negatively. We dont really know unfortunately.. maybe josh just needed the right moment to tell chase and even let pete hangout with chase because if you suddenly bring home your dad who hasnt been there for you and your mom suddenly told you he’s your dad, thats aslo a burden for the child because he doesnt know who chase is. It is pretty short of Pete and Chase knowing each other but i think pete liking chase already was josh’s signal to finally tell chase the truth
Tldr its no one’s fault except grayson who added trauma because wtf. Both josh and chase needed time. Its the miller’s family fault for making chase grow up this way. He is the only normal person in the family yet they treated him as the weird one
Unpopular opinion but it does feel unfair not letting the other parent know the existence of their offspring.
