i was about to throw hands, not gonna lie! i thought that after 200+ chapters, all i was going to get was an open ending, but thank god i pushed through and read those last two chapters. all the hatred in my body just dissipated, and i was left with nothing but pure, unadulterated relief. i've always hated the ending of wicked because elphaba's name was never cleared, but i guess sometimes, all we can do is hope and be grateful that there are still people out there who know the truth. and the fact that kaya and erkin are out there living their best lives now... i am so fucking unbelievably happy for them.
