despite the obvious tension between them, i don't ship the doc w/ the MC, not for the reason you'd expect. it's not that men can't have a deep platonic relationship with one another, it's that the doc is literally zaha's glorified therapist and that'd be a breach of ethics, or the murim equivalent of it.
