desire scans, Kaizen scans, Myth Toons, Paradise scans, Aureliatoon, etc. etc. They mostly upload BL manhwas, I haven't seen any AI scanlators uploading straight romance/GLs or BL MANGAS SPECIFICALLY tbh.
I remember seeing one for mangas but I don't really remember the name:( it's a lot less common tho since they only do it to paywall readers and mangas are usually post in volumes
