Most people don't end up with their first love. That doesn't make whoever they do end up with a "rebound." They are just 2 separate relationships. Would people not notice or reciprocate other potential lovers when they are in a secure relationship? Well yeah. That's how relationships work.
But if your relationship has ended, of course you are going to notice and get to know other people lol. That isn't a bad thing and doesn't make the new love any less lovey than the one before.
Guys, yes people move on to different things, oc. But if you have a really really big crush that lasted years, and it finally reach to an end and you weren't the chosen one, and then you know that there's someone else, that it's been in love with you for years, that keeps having feelings for you even now, but you never pay him any mind until now that your love has reach a bitter end, well oc it's gonna feel like this person is a second option, someone you're taking for granted.
Let's wait and see bc I really want the ML to be infatuated with the MC. I want the MC to have all the love that he deserves, but sadly rn it doesn't feel that way

If the ML first love would've worked out for him he wouldn't even look at mcs way. It's the truth. They were together during high school and ML though he had at least a chance with his first love, so during all those years he never even though about the mc, so yes, the mc is a rebound, now that ml knows that he doesn't have a chance with his first love then he started noticing the mc.
Can you guys really, cross your hearts, and say that even if MLs first love would've reciprocated ml feelings, ML still wouldve choose the mc?????
