I guess it’s bc she has a habit like the ML of assuming the other person’s thoughts and feelings and took it to heart then use that as an excuse to further bring themselves down. I can’t hate the ML either bc by the end of if all, they both have the same flaws; their constant assumptions of each other, their dishonesty and lack of communication skills which only fuels their terrible assumptions, the cowardice to run away instead of facing things, they think too much of themselves as individual pieces that are paired together, rather than two halves as what couples are supposed to be. They really are meant for each other.
I can’t quite put my finger on what it is that’s pissing me off about the MC during the chase arc, she did everything right by leaving and asking for divorce but also can’t help but feel pissed
