I agree with you ! That trope ruins green flag stories and I hate it, but there's a difference between assault and kinks. This is a dark romance, kink-heavy manhwa. There is a massive difference between a boundary violation and a shared, premeditated dynamic.
I know both of them are kinky and I have no problem with them doing this but only if they discuss it beforehand. If the author is so intent on framing jake as a green flag yet failing horribly. They should have had this kink discussed first because that wasn't the case here thus it actually constitutes sexual assault
