The people complaining should just stay quiet. Because you cannot have the gall to complain when you knowingly read 105 chapters of the manhwa, of course it's going to be dark and extremely morally gray. Were you expecting sunshine and rainbows? From the first season, we were already exposed to the ml's obsession and deplorable behaviors, so quit yipping as if you were surprised.
The story, from my point of view, is honestly refreshing because the uke is actually struggling we, the readers, feel the discomfort. we've all noticed the common pattern of rape in these manhwas, but the way the author decided to tackle it is actually quite different. The uke is struggling with all his might, and you feel the discomfort and pain he feels as you continue reading. It still has not changed he hates his situation and actively tries to prevent it, but there's little he can do. This is a unpopular opinion, but the author does not romanticize the rape and abuse. While reading, i genuinely felt so disturbed. there is no sugar coating in what the ml is doing, and the entire time it does not lighten or become wanted - the uke is distraught the entire encounter.

"If I act like I hate it while constantly willingly consuming it over and over again, itll give me higher moral ground over other people" is fr something people need to sort out on their own #-.-)

Your statement is valid. It's really uncomfortable to read through the whole series, mc is really struggling and every encounter with ml pure rape. But the bigger question is whether the author will continue to frame it that way. Actually, I hope there is no love in the end. A redemption arc for the ml will feel cheap if it ends with forgiveness and acceptance.
